Big Time Rush Announce World Tour 2014

Our favorite boy band, Big Time Rush, recently announced they will be heading out on a World Tour in 2014.   Dates have been announced so far in Texas and South America, with more dates to come.

We’ve been lucky to see BTR a few times, and their live show does not disappoint.  From their non-Nick approved dance moves and strong vocals, to their fun personalities on stage (and have we mentioned they are CUTE!), a BTR show is one big dance party.  The guys like to get up close and personal with their fans (even inviting a girl or four to join them on stage), so don’t miss your chance to see them!  VIP packages are being offered as well, and if you have the opportunity to meet the guys, do!  They are always super sweet and kind to their fans. (and CUTE!)

Ariana and the Rose – “Heartbeat”

Earlier this month, we caught Ariana and the Rose opening for Heffron Drive.   The New York-based group has a fun electro-pop sound, and lead singer Ariana DiLorenzo has some serious pipes.   Their mash-up of “Wrecking Ball,” “I Knew You Were Trouble,” and “Summertime Sadness” blew us away.

Check out the video for their new single, “Heartbeat.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays from Midnight Red

Formed in 2009, Midnight Red have been making a splash in the world of boy bands. Not only are they super cute, they harken back to traditional boy bands with *gasp* CHOREOGRAPHED DANCE MOVES! And boy, are they good at dancing, too!

Can’t get enough Midnight Red? Catch them opening for Austin Mahone on the MTV Artist to Watch Tour in 2014.

Midnight Red recently released their cover of *NSYNC’s “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” which includes footie pajamas, a dancing Santa Claus, and warm holiday wishes from the boys.

Don’t forget to check out their official video for “Take Me Home”

Are you ready? #IMREADY

AJR, brothers Adam, Jack and Ryan of NYC, are currently filling the space in my heart for a musical band of brothers, recently ripped out by the Jonas Brothers (we won’t talk about that ever again).

Except for right now.  Actually it was the Jonas Brothers breakup that led to our discovery of AJR. (The best thing to come out of the breakup besides that article Joe wrote for NY Magazine).  Circa 2007 daily google news searching of Jonas Brothers resumed, as we tried to find an explanation (ANY EXPLANATION) of our concert being canceled 2 days before it was supposed to happen, led to the discovery of this article in the NY Post:

Could AJR Be The Next Jonas Brothers?

Which led to finding this video:

Which led to finding more videos:

And more videos (SKILLS!)

And our new obsession.

Check out the rest of their original music on their Vevo page.  Oh, and did we mention that they write, produce, record and do everything themselves?   The tracks were all recorded in their parents’ living room.   #IMREADY
