Jonas Brothers Are Burnin’ Up All Over Again On Tour This Fall

In case you’ve missed it, the Jonas Brothers just announced their hotly anticipated “Burnin’ Up All Over Again” Tour mirroring the iconic 2008 tour!

Tour dates started appearing on venue billboards and social media accounts over the weekend ahead of the JoBros three MSG shows this week in NYC.

Kevin, Joe, and Nick said it’s time to relive 2008 to the fullest and shared that they will do two sets on this tour – the first being the original Burnin’ Up Tour setlist in full including fan favorites like “Goodnight and Goodbye” and hopefully their cover of Shania Twain’s ‘Gonna Getcha Good’ while the second set will be a mix of everything else they’ve ever released.

Check out the tour dates below and don’t miss this tour! Artist pre-sales begin Wednesday, August 19th at 10am local venue time. Public on sales begin Friday, August 21st at 10am local venue time.

Nick Jonas Announces “Last Year Was Complicated” Album Due June 10th

Nick Jonas just announced the title and release date for his second solo album, coming early this Summer. “Last Year Was Complicated” is due on June 10th, just before Nick heads on on the Future Now Tour with Demi Lovato! As we’re sure you’ve heard by now, Winter Storm Jonas is going on tour across the East Coast this weekend, with stops in D.C, Philadelphia, NYC, and Boston. We thought the storm might breakup before it hit New York, but it looks like this reunion tour is coming full speed ahead. Here’s the perfect playlist for your weekend.

When you’re waiting for the snow to start falling, wondering if the meteorologists are just playin’ games with your heart.

DNCE Release Debut Track “Cake By The Ocean”

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 2 years since the Jonas Brothers’ breakup. Since that tragic day in fangirl history, we’ve seen Nick J successfully launch a solo project with hit singles like “Chains” and “Jealous.” But what about Joe? While he’s proved that he’s very good at internet, he’s kept a lower profile since the bands demise (at least music wise). We’ve been hoping for a comeback and are so excited that Joe is officially back, this time with his new band, DNCE! He’s joined by ex-Jonas Brothers drummer Jack Lawless, JinJoo Lee and Cole Whittle.

Their first single, “Cake By The Ocean,” premiered on Z100 last night. It’s strange and catchy in the best way, and is nothing short of Joe’s ticket back to the top of the charts. It’s so good in fact, that Z100 broke all the rules of radio and played it twice in a row. Listen to the track below!

Nick Jonas To Perform Live On Periscope Tonight, 4/22!

Nick Jonas is teaming up with Hilton Hotels to perform live exclusively on Twitter’s new live streaming video app, Periscope, tonight at 9:15pm EST! This marks the first time an entire live concert will be streamed on Periscope. The show will be broadcast from the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas.

Fans are invited to have a virtual front row seat to this once in a lifetime concert by downloading the Periscope app and following @HiltonHHonors on Twitter. You know when you can’t make it to a concert, and your best friend Facetimes you during your favorite song? We imagine this is something like that. Only you’ll be watching from the best seat in the house. We’ll definitely be tuning in and here’s hoping for many more Periscope concerts in the future!

The Friday Five: Concert Movies

The next best thing to seeing your favorite artist on tour is the concert movie! The Backstreet Boys’ documentary, Show Em What You’re Made Of, is in theaters and on iTunes today. Here are some of our favorites over the years.

1. Best of Both Worlds Concert in 3D

This movie kicked off the 3D concert movie trend – it started as a way for people to see the incredibly popular tour, which sold out in seconds and had infamously high resale tickets. We were lucky enough to catch this tour in person (twice!) but the 3D movie was a perfect way to relive the show, or experience it for yourself.

2. Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience

Jonas Brothers had a two song role in the Best of Both Worlds 3D movie, as the opening act on the tour that helped launch their careers. They had their own 3D movie the following year, filmed on the Burnin’ Up Tour. Which we went to 3, 4 .. okay 6 times. It was nice to give our Bonus Jonas DVD a rest for a while.

3. Justin Bieber: Never Say Never

This one just might make a Belieber out of you, and is concert movie propaganda at its finest. At least we have a nice document of the good old days? Remember that hair flip?

4. Katy Perry: Part Of Me

Katy is known for her fun, upbeat personality and live shows. The most memorable part of this movie is a scene where Katy manages to go from a complete breakdown to perform for a crowd of 50,000 in a matter of minutes. Talk about a pro.

5. Backstreet Boys: Show Em What You’re Made Of

It’s remarkable that BSB have been together for 21 years now! Yes, Kevin ditched the band for a few years, but the Boys never actually broke up. So can we quit saying Backstreet’s Back, alright? They never went anywhere, and they’ve had it goin’ on for years.

We are all fangirls at heart.
