Olivia Rodrigo Announces The “GUTS World Tour”

Pop superstar Olivia Rodrigo just announced her biggest world tour ever kicking off in early 2024 across North America that will bring her to major cities from Houston to Miami and two dates at NYC’s Madison Square Garden! Olivia will also head over to Europe and the UK for dates across London, Germany, Denmark, and Dublin.

Her sophomore album, “GUTS” has been an instant classic with smash singles like “Vampire,” and “bad idea right?,” her 00s angsty pop sing-along “get him back!,” and the piano driven ballads like “teenage dream,” and “grudge.”

Spiritbox Drop Brand New Single, “THE VOID”

Spiritbox just dropped a brand new single, “The Void” and the accompanying visualizer. The release comes as the band hits their stride on the completely sold out, first ever US headline tour, “Eternal Blue Tour.”

The band debuted the song live on tour and instantly had fans buzzing. When asked about the new track, vocalist, Courtney LaPlante said, “The Void is a song that came about very quickly. I didn’t have to fight with anything to write it, and when that happens, I don’t argue with it. It’s a type of song that I’ve been wanting to write for a long time, I’ve heard it hundreds of times now, and it makes me so happy every time I hear it. It’s been such an amazing experience playing this song on our tour, and watching people hear it for the first time, in real time.”

“The Void” sounds distinctly like Spiritbox yet nothing like their past releases. The band’s ability to craft a multi layer world within a singular song is unmatched! Between You & Me Release First Independent Single “Nevermind” & Video

Australian powerhouse Between You & Me are “searching for the California kinda vibe” with the release of their latest single, “Nevermind,” the band’s first as a newly independent band.

Since loudly departing Hopeless Records last year, BY&M have drummed up some serious attention and huge tour slots for the rest of 2023, ready to take on the future with grace and determination. “Nevermind” is a heavily sarcastic, kiss off party anthem that frontman Jake Wilson says “perfectly captures the spirit of our band and our live show.”

The music video is full of fun tour footage from their last run across the USA. The guys skate through Beverly Hills, leap frog down the Santa Monica Pier, and hit the beach for a vibe-y, Summer video. Our favorite cameo is Matty Healy of The 1975 who rolls through in a classic red convertible when you least expect it!

I’m not saying that we spoke this tour into existence but we kinda spoke this into existence. Since we caught the Simple Plan & Sum41 tour last Summer, and we were jealous that Canada got Simple Plan and The Offspring together, our meditation phrase has been “The Offspring, Sum 41, Simple Plan Summer Tour that we can get to.” We’re pleased to announce that it’s finally real, y’all!

“Let The Bad Times Roll Tour 2023” kicks off August 1st in Auburn, Washington and sees these pop punk icons roll through North America all August long. Chase Atlantic Sell Out Webster Hall in NYC

Aussie! Aussie! Aussie!  OY OY OY!  Chase Atlantic brought their massive headlining “PHASES Tour” to Webster Hall in New York City last week and the boys sold the place out!  Newly independent up-and-coming artist, Lauren Sanderson kicked off the night and comanded the stage like the rockstar she is.  Breezing through new tracks and old favorites like “Electric,” “Differently,” “Hotel Room,” and “Better Anyway,” Lauren got the crowd pumped up and won over lots of new fans.

Clinton, Christian, Mitchel, Pat, and Jesse took the stage and it was like the stars aligned and the energy in the room went from a solid 8 to infinity and beyond! Chase Atlantic are known for giving their all during every show, but Webster Hall has a history of pulling out THE BEST shows from artists. Maybe it’s the NYC crowds that are superior, or maybe it’s the water, but this was hands down the best Chase Atlantic show we have ever seen!

They burned through an extensive setlist mixing old favorites like “The Walls” and “Friends” with new tracks like “Angels” and “Heaven And Back” keeping the energy at a solid 10 all night long.  Mitchel covered the stage back and forth without missing a beat and Christian took to an inflatable pool raft to crowd surf towards the end of the set.  Clinton’s saxaphone solos brought down the house every chance he got!

Pop singer/songwriter Andy Grammer is back with a brand new single called “Fresh Eyes” that’s about to be on the top of our Summer playlist. The infectious song will get stuck in your head and you’ll be hitting repeat over and over again.  We’re excited that Andy has been hard at work on new music and a new album!

Andy is joining Train on tour through August and will be co-headlining a huge tour with Gavin DeGraw this Fall. 5SOS Sell Out Madison Square Garden on “Sounds Live, Feels Live” World Tour

We can officially say “5SOS sold out MSG!!!”  That’s a feat of epic proportions, especially for a band that hasn’t been around that long.  It’s hard to believe that just two short years ago the guys were headlining the nearby Best Buy Theater, which holds about 2,000 people.  Luke, Ashton, Calum, and Michael played every song we could have asked for on this tour and you could hear the entire arena singing every word!

The band played their new single, “Girls Talk Boys,” for the first time live at MSG.  The track had just dropped the day of the show, but fans already knew all of the words and kept singing like they had been all night.  The performance of the funky song saw lead singer Luke Hemmings jump on the piano for a bit – cue the swoons.

Drummer Ashton took the time to remind the crowd to always follow their dreams, saying he went from playing in his garage to playing in the legendary Madison Square Garden.  He also said the crowd was the loudest he’d ever heard, despite having played many other shows.

Before going into the first verse of “Jet Black Heart” solo, Michael soaked up the applause from the crowd.  Just when you thought he was going to keep going, the crowd just got louder and louder.  It was one of the most energetic crowds we’ve ever seen at MSG (or anywhere for that matter!)  We’re so proud of how far 5SOS have come so far and can’t wait for what’s next!

Shawn Mendes just announced a HUGE headlining show at New York City’s most iconic arena, Madison Square Garden.  The concert and special album event is set for September 10th, 2016 and while we’re still a couple months away, we’re so excited to see someone grow from a Vine star to a headliner at MSG!
