We could all use a little warming up right now, as we’ve been dreaming about being on the beach while we’re piled under a mountain of snow. How about being on the beach with the New Kids on the Block? Sounds like a perfect fangirl getaway to us! NKOTB just announced their 8th annual cruise for 2016 is taking off from New Orleans and heading down to Cozumel, Mexico in October. As we’re sure you’ve heard by now, Winter Storm Jonas is going on tour across the East Coast this weekend, with stops in D.C, Philadelphia, NYC, and Boston. We thought the storm might breakup before it hit New York, but it looks like this reunion tour is coming full speed ahead. Here’s the perfect playlist for your weekend.

1. “Games”
When you’re waiting for the snow to start falling, wondering if the meteorologists are just playin’ games with your heart.

When the snow actually starts and you panic realizing you never bought milk and loaf bread (even though you’re lactose intolerant and gluten free)

Darius Rucker just announced dates for his Summer tour, and he’s bringing Dan + Shay and Michael Ray along for the ride! The “Good For A Good Time” Tour kicks off in Florida in June and will stop at amphitheaters across the US until just past Labor Day. Sounds like a good time indeed! Check out the initial dates below, more shows will be added soon. Select venues will go on sale on January 29th as part of the Country Megaticket.

FarmBorough Festival Announces 2016 Lineup

Unfortunately FarmBorough Festival has been canceled for 2016 per the FarmBorough website.

Last year the inaugural FarmBorough Festival took over Randall’s Island and brought 3 days of country music to NYC. The fest was such a success it’s coming back in 2016, and the first performers were just announced!  Headlining this year’s festival are Tim McGraw, Jason Aldean and Toby Keith, along with a rare performance from Brooks and Dunn.  Secret Fangirl faves Thomas Rhett, Kacey Musgraves & A Thousand Horses are also slated to perform over the 3-day festival in June. We had a blast at last year’s event and are so excited it’s back in NYC! The fest has 2 stages of music, plus great food and fun activities throughout the weekend.

Hoodie Allen To Drop Free “Happy Camper” Album 1/22

We’ve been waiting on a release date since Hoodie Allen revealed he would be dropping a new album early this year, titled “Happy Camper.”  We won’t have to wait much longer – the album will be available this Friday, January 22nd, as a free download! We can’t wait for more new music from Hoodie after his smash “People Keep Talking.” We’re sure this album will have everyone talking as well.   Hoodie just released his new single and video, “Are U Having Any Fun?” as well.  Watch it below!

We can’t wait for more new music from the duo (can you believe it’s been over 3 years since “The Heist”?!?)  Like “The Heist,” Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ new album will be self released.  Check out the message M+ RL posted on their website to announce the news and watch a preview below.

Weezer + Panic! At The Disco Announce Co-Headlining Tour

Weezer dropped a series of exciting announcements late last night on Twitter.  They’re releasing a new self-titled album, The White Album,” on April 1st!   You can pre-order it now!  Their new single is “King Of The World!”  AND they’re going on tour with P!ATD this summer! They’re taking Andrew McMahon & The Wilderness with them so it’ll be one giant party all Summer long.  It’s been a while since Weezer has done a big headlining tour across the US, so we can’t wait for this!   Check out the tour dates below.
