The 2015 Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star Competition Finalists

After weeks of fan voting, the finalists for the Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star Competition were announced!   The top 5 artists are Chris Lane, Kenzie Nimmo, Trevor Moran, Christina Grimmie and The Fooo Conspiracy.  We can’t help but root for our own Artist To Watch Chris Lane – this is the first time that a country artist has made it to the top 5! Make sure to keep voting for your favorite by tweeting #RisingStar with the artist’s name or Twitter handle.  You have until May 24th to vote!  The winner gets to play at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas.  Visit the Macy’s iHeartRadio site for exclusive music and content from each of the finalists!

Last year’s Rising Star Winners, Before You Exit, are joining The Vamps on the first US headlining tour this Summer.  Check out the dates here and watch their video for “Dangerous” below!

Wild Party “When I Get Older” Music Video

Wild Party just released the music video for their single, “When I Get Older.”  The band was one of the finalists in the iHeart Radio & Macy’s Rising Star contest this year.  Their debut album, “Phantom Pop,” will be released on October 7th and is available to pre-order on iTunes now.   Watch the video below!

THE HEYDAZE Announce Summer Tour Dates!

NYC based trio THE HEYDAZE, part of the iHeartRadio & Macy’s Rising Star lineup for 2014,  haven’t been around for that long but we have no doubts that you’ll be hearing a lot from these guys in the future.  THE HEYDAZE just had their first headlining show at New York’s Webster Hall last week – and it was a sold out show!

We love their catchy pop sound and energy. (Seriously, listen to “Little Bandit” once and you’ll be singing it for the next several days.  We guarantee it.)   Watch the video for their new single “Young Blood” below!

The winners of the Macy’s & iHeart Radio Rising Star contest, Before You Exit, just released their latest single, “Heart Like  California!”   Listen to the track below!

Congratulations to Orlando, Florida natives, Before You Exit, who were just announced the iHeartRadio & Macy’s Rising Star Contest winners!  It was a close competition between the other finalists, Olivia Somerlyn, Cassio Monroe, Wild Party and Paradise Fears.  We’re sure this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing of these rising stars!

As the 2014 champions, Before You Exit will get to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September!  Watch their official video for “Dangerous” below!

iHeartRadio and Macy’s have partnered up for the 2014 Rising Star Competition! 25 new and emerging artists have been chosen and are competing for your votes to become the next rising star. The winner will perform at the 2014  iHeartRadio Music Festival with the biggest names in music!
