Good Charlotte Announce Special East Coast Tour With Less Than Jake

Now that Good Charlotte are back and stronger than ever, the guys just can’t stay away from their fans for too long.  They recently announced a huge Canadian Tour with Movements, Silverstein, and Waterparks but Benji, Joel, Billy, Paul, and Dean just announced a string of super special tour dates for the East Coast this May! GC know how to treat their home coast because Less Than Jake and Crown The Empire are joining the tour which kicks off May 16th in Pennsylvania.  Pre-sales begin Wednesday March 1st at 10AM and general on sales begin Friday March 3rd at 10AM local time.  Check out the dates below!

Good Charlotte are headed to Europe!  The guys are taking the Youth Authority tour over to France, Austria, The Czech Republic, and more this Summer.  GC are hitting a bunch of countries they haven’t been to in a while and it’s going to be one heck of a pop punk Summer this year!  Check out the dates below.  Tickets go on sale Friday January 27th at 10AM GMT so be sure to get yours before they sell out.

Good Charlotte Drop “Life Changes”

Good Charlotte just dropped a brand new track called “Life Changes” from their upcoming album “Youth Authority” due out July 15th.  The new track is classic GC complete with chugging guitars and a ray of hope shining through the entire song.

If there’s anyone who knows about life changes, it’s Good Charlotte. They’ve ridden the roller coaster of fame from the bottom to the top and they’re just hitting another high in their career.

We can’t wait to scream this endlessly optimistic song on the Fall tour with Benji, Joel, Billy, Paul, and Dean.  Listen to the track below and try not to shout along.

Good Charlotte Announce Club Tour Dates (!!!)

It’s been a while (TOO LONG) since the guys in Good Charlotte have been together but they are officially BACK!   They just announced a club tour hitting the East Coast in April!   The MD born & bred band have announced a few club dates for this Spring and we’re hoping they have a few more tricks up their sleeves (like a co-headliner tour with Simple Plan?  wink-wink!).  They also revealed that their new album will be released sometime this Summer, with the lead single dropping in April.

The revival of pop punk is just what we were hoping for for years since it disappeared in favor of dance and EDM music. Check out the Good Charlotte tour dates below!  Pre-sales begin Wednesday, March 16th at 10am while general on sales begin Friday March 18th at 10am local time.

Artist To Watch: Waterparks

Waterparks have made a splash in the pop punk community with their recent signing with Equal Vision Records and bringing on MDDN Managers – Benji and Joel Madden from Good Charlotte – to help the band dive right in.

Bad puns aside, this Texas bred trio are equal parts pop, rock, and polished angst.  This isn’t the band’s first foray into big name collaborations – they’ve released songs with Fred Mascherino from Taking Back Sunday, and even opened for Aaron Carter (Weird, we know!)

Awsten Knight, Otto Wood, and Geoff Wigington are well versed in crafting catchy punk songs and we can’t wait to hear what their debut full length has in store because their previous EPs are already racking up some serious spins in the Fangirl office!

Next up, Waterparks are set to open for Good Charlotte’s triumphant and sold out comeback show at The Troubador in LA on November 19th.
