Your new favorite boyband, Why Don’t We, are ending their year on a high note.  Their first EP, “Only The Beginning,” debuted at #15 on the Billboard Heat Seekers chart, thanks to their enthusiastic fanbase.    The guys just announced they are going on a headlining tour in early 2017!   Why Don’t We, AKA Daniel, Zach, Corbyn, Jack, and Jonah, are ready to take the new year by storm.

Why Don’t We is a boyband for the new generation.  Made up of Daniel Seavey, Zach Herron, Corbyn Besson, Jack Avery, and Jonah Marais, these 5 friends created this new music video just for their fans!

The black and white aesthetic shows the band members in a new way the fans haven’t seen before while the hook heavy track shows off their individual vocals and ability to harmonize.  Why Don’t We is out for your fangirl hearts and they’ll take you to the moon and back if you’ll let them.

NKOTB Announce The Total Package Tour with Paula Abdul & Boyz II Men

It’s a known fact among fangirls that NKOTB are notoriously bad at keeping secrets.  Last week when they teased a huge announcement was going to be made on the TODAY show, it took Blockheads about 5 minutes to figure it out.  But if there is anyone worse at keeping a secret, it’s Paula Abdul.  After finishing her set at the Mixtape Festival over the Summer, she quickly told the crowd “I’m going on tour with NKOTB & Boyz II Men next year bye!”  Which left us with so many questions for Paula.  When does it start?  What venues?  When do pre-sales start?

Luckily for us, that day has come!  On the TODAY show this morning, NKOTB officially announced the “Total Package Tour” with Boyz II Men and Paula Abdul will kick off in May in Columbus, OH!   Tickets go on sale to the public on Saturday, November 19th.  Pre-sales for Blockhead members and Amex cardholders start TOMORROW, Wednesday, November 16th.

Citizen Føur Joining Sabrina Carpenter’s EVOlution Tour

Surprise!  Citizen Føur just dropped the huge news that they are joining Sabrina Carpenter on her “EVOlution” Tour this Fall!   The tour kicks off tonight in Nashville, and the boyband will be with Sabrina on dates through November 14th.  We caught Citizen Føur this Summer at Arthur Ashe Kids Day at the US Open and their set was so much fun (those harmonies, swoon!)  If you’re heading out to Sabrina’s tour, make sure you get there early to see your soon to be new favorite boy band!

iHeartRadio Announces 2016 Jingle Ball Lineups

O-Town Launch Kickstarter for New Album

We had the chance to see O-Town in 2016 at Mixtape Festival and were blown away by how incredible they looked and sounded.  Their set was SO MUCH FUN (who doesn’t love “Liquid Dreams”?), their outfits were on point (overalls + tie dye = yes), and the new material they played was excellent.  We’re excited to hear they are working on their 4th studio album after wrapping up their Summer tour with 98 Degrees.

O-Town launched an official Kickstarter campaign for the album, the first album in the band’s history to be free of any label, funded fully by fans for fans!  The campaign was a success – they met their goal in an incredible 7 hours!  You can still support the album campaign and earn prizes like the overalls Trevor wore on the My2K Tour, the chance to be their tour manager for a day, or a private O-Town concert.  And of course, you’ll get a copy of the new album when it’s released!  Head over to their Kickstarter page now to pledge your support for the future of boybands.

Watch Citizen Føur’s “Deja Vu” Cover

Our new favorite boyband, Citizen Føur, just dropped their latest cover video for “Deja Vu.,” by Justin Bieber and Post Malone.  The video features more of those swoon-worthy harmonies we’ve come to love from Citizen Føur!  Why did Conner, Carson, Austin and Josh choose “Deja Vu” for their latest cover?  According to C4: “We’ve been having weird deja vu together then a couple days later the song came out.  At that moment, we knew we have to do a cover of it.”   And we are so glad they did.  Watch their video now!

We caught up with Ricky, Emery & Liam of Forever In Your Mind before their performance at Arthur Ashe Kids Day in NYC.  2016 has been quite a year for the band, who released their debut EP earlier this Summer.  Just last year, the band played on the smaller Hess Festival Stage on the grounds of AAKD.  This year, they had the huge Arthur Ashe Stadium rocking along to their single “Hurricane!”

It’s been a rough couple of years for boyband lovers like ourselves, but Citizen Four is here to bring back the iconic boyband!  We’re so excited to have a new group to fangirl over.  They’ve got all the key ingredients:  the vocals, the moves, and the swag.  Their latest cover video, of Nick Jonas’ “Bacon,” shows off the talented group:  X-Factor USA finalists Josh Levi and Austin Percario along with brothers Carson and Conner Boatman.  Watch it now and let the guys know what you think!
