Carrie Underwood had been teasing fans all week with a “special announcement” to be made during a Facebook live chat. During the chat, she reveled that she will be releasing her 5th studio album, “Storyteller,” on October 23rd! The album got its name from its more traditional sound, which focuses on the story telling of country music. This is Carrie’s first full-length release of new material since 2012’s hit “Blown Away.”

We are counting down the days until the release of Thomas Rhett’s new album, “Tangled Up!” He just revealed the track listing for the album, out September 25th, to Rolling Stone. “Tangled Up” will feature Thomas’ current single, “Crash and Burn,” which just broke the top 5 on the country charts. The funky vibes of that track will resonate throughout the album, with Thomas citing Bruno Mars and motown as influences.
Other highlights include fan favorites “South Side” and “T-Shirt,” which Thomas has been playing at his live shows, and a duet with Jordin Sparks. Michael Ray just announced the release of his much anticipated self-titled debut album on August 7th! We’ve been waiting to hear more from the “Kiss You In The Morning” singer and our wishes are finally coming true. As if we weren’t already excited enough about Jake Miller’s Dazed and Confused Tour, which kicks off tonight in NJ, Jake went and surprised us all by dropping a new EP! The only clue he gave was late last night when he tweeted “Don’t forget .. stay up late tonight.” We thought Jake was just dazed and confused, but the truth soon came out when the “Rumors” EP dropped on iTunes at Midnight! The EP quickly shot up to #1 on the Pop charts, and is still going strong. Our favorite track so far is “Shake It,” which features a throw back to Kris Kross’ hit “Jump.” We can’t wait to hear the new songs live! The whole EP will make you want to dance and jump around.

We really, really liked Carly Rae Jepsen’s last album, “Kiss,” and are so excited that we have a release date for her next album!
