The video follows Hilary from a songwriting session to dance rehearsal, which we can only hope is for an upcoming tour!

Hilary Duff just released the music video for her new single, “Sparks!” The video was inspired by the app Tinder, which Hilary has admitted to using herself. Hilary’s recently dyed blue locks also make an appearance in the video, in fun choreographed scenes that throw us back to the glory days of TRL. Watch the video below!
